Hagerstown, MD Market Update
Good news for Washington County real estate values, NorthPoint Development, a Missouri based real estate development company, recently broke ground on the planned 2.2 million square foot warehouse and distribution center that is planned for off of Wesel Boulevard in Hagerstown, MD. Local officials estimate that the development will create approximately 1,500 jobs. The development continues to cement Hagerstown’s status as a hotbed for shipping and distribution being at the crossroads of two major interstates, I-81 and I-70.
